Insureats provides a recruiting and candidate management platform designed for insurance agency recruiters. Features include candidate pipeline management, email integration, screening tools, and reporting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Insureats to send emails, read emails, and modify email labels on your behalf solely for the purpose of recruiting communications within the platform. You may disconnect this integration at any time from the Settings page.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insureats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
